The Playa Honda End of Summer festivities kick off this Saturday, September 16, with a "wide and varied" program aimed at all ages. Isidro Pérez has highlighted that these festivities, which originated decades ago thanks to the initiative of a group of families and friends from this town, “have managed to establish themselves on the island as one of the most anticipated festive events each year.”

Until September 23, sports, cultural, musical and recreational activities will offer an "attractive" agenda designed to say goodbye to the summer and welcome autumn in style. “It will be a whole week to enjoy the enormous potential offered by the unique environment of the coast of San Bartolomé, not only for its beauty as a natural space, but also as a complete outdoor setting,” the mayor emphasizes.

On the other hand, the Councilor for Festivities, Estefanía Luzardo, points out that the City Council is once again "betting on inclusive and integrating festivities, with space for leisure and entertainment for everyone". She also highlights the involvement of the "local restaurant businesses" that, as is tradition every year, will once again "offer the most attractive gastronomic, commercial and leisure offer in this coastal area."

Various workshops and sports activities, meetings for adults and young people, gastronomy, music, the traditional kite festival, cultural presentations, family activities and a fun agenda designed for children make up the program of these Playa Honda End of Summer Festivities, which can be consulted in full on the San Bartolomé Town Hall website, as well as on the municipal social networks.
