“The Nights with Cristito and the Canarian Mother” is a show of approximately 90 minutes aimed at those over 14 years old, which combines Canarian traditional humor with moments of personal reflection.
The show is constructed as a live and dynamic monologue, where Cristito makes the audience laugh with everyday situations, recognizable characters, and observations about life in the Canary Islands. At the same time, he shares fragments of his own life experience, inviting the audience to think about the roles we adopt in life and how we relate to others.
One of the most outstanding aspects of the show is the improvisational ability of Cristito, which turns each performance into a unique experience. His interaction with the audience and the flexibility to adapt stories and situations in real time make each show different, maintaining freshness and surprise until the end.
Although it deals with personal and universal themes, it does so with lightness and naturalness, so that the story flows in an entertaining and close way, without becoming a profound discourse. The combination of humor, culture, and emotional reflection allows the audience to live a fun, familiar, and meaningful experience".
The monologist Cristito performs at the Sala Teatro on May 23, at 9:00 PM.
