The judge of the court of instruction number 1 of Arrecife, acting as duty judge, has ordered provisional imprisonment without bail for the three detainees for the assault on an 80-year-old woman in Arrecife, from whom they stole two cell phones, according to the press office of the TSJC.
The three arrested, of foreign nationality, are charged with charges for a crime of robbery with violence, facing prison sentences of 2 to 5 years. In addition, two of them are charged with another crime of theft committed on the same day for which the public prosecutor is asking for a sentence of another 15 months in prison.
Finally, the press office also reports that the detainees have pending charges for two other crimes of robbery with violence committed in the last week, the instruction of which will correspond to other courts.
