The Microsystems Integrated Vocational Training Center held an emotional Graduation Ceremony at the Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa, an event that was attended by the Island Director of Education, Ms. María del Carmen Pellón Rodríguez and the Vice President and Councilor of the Hon. Cabildo de Lanzarote Mr. Armando Santana Fernández.

Both offered words of recognition, agreeing to highlight the work of CIFP Microsystems as an educational benchmark and engine of employability on the island and congratulating the graduating class. They expressed that this event represents the culmination of an educational process, thus celebrating the effort and dedication of the graduates, where the graduation of 117 students from the Class of 2025 was commemorated.

The 117 graduates, who received their class photo last Friday, correspond to various training cycles, including Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care, Higher Technician in Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine, Higher Technician in Dental Hygiene, Higher Technician in Dietetics and Higher Technician in Administration and Finance. The training received by these students positions them in a labor market with high demand for these professional profiles, highlighting Vocational Training (FP) as a guarantee and a direct path to accessing employment.

FP as a guarantee for the future

The director of the Center, Ms. Beatriz Salazar Hernández, presided over the event and addressed the students, highlighting that "Vocational Training is today the most direct and effective way to access the labor market." She congratulated the entire educational community of the Center for the achievements made and thanked the families for their unconditional support.

She especially celebrates the graduation of the first class of the Higher Technician in Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine cycle, thus adding a total of 16 qualifications in Vocational Training to her educational career and reaffirming her commitment to the qualification of professionals in areas that respond to the needs of the labor market.

She pointed out that the labor insertion rate of CIFP Microsystems students is close to 100%, reaffirming the Center's commitment to providing a quality education that integrates its graduates into the labor market.

Shared experiences of students, teachers and collaborating companies

The event included emotional speeches from teachers, student representatives, and collaborating companies in the Training of Workplace Centers, who shared personal experiences and thanks, where the 43-year history of CIFP Microsystems was recognized.

Recognition of excellence

One of the most outstanding moments was the tribute to academic excellence, with the recognition of the student Judith Pérez Bernal, from the Higher Technician in Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine cycle, who received the Honorary Enrollment after achieving an outstanding grade in all subjects.
