The technicians and workers from different departments of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers are working, under the coordination of the Area's CEO, Ángel Vázquez, on the elaboration of "a diagnosis that allows transforming the visitor experience of Montañas del Fuego."
The work seeks to offer "a real and adjusted portrait of that emblematic space", to determine "its weaknesses and strengths" as well as "its load capacity, and review the procedures of its operation", among others. Once concluded, "it will show the steps to follow to implement measures that bring more quality to the experience," explained Vázquez.
“It is about optimizing the management of our resources,” said the counselor. In this sense, he has especially emphasized aspects that he considers “basic”, such as "establishing a rational model in the management of visitor flows to put an end to the queues that form at the entrance to the center in high season and the revision of the gastronomic experience of the restaurant El Diablo to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the most original and exclusive natural oven in the world.”
Vázquez has expressed his "confidence that the document can be finalized before the end of this year “to be able to put it into practice during the first months of 2024.” Finally, he indicated that the review of the operation will be "extended to all the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers."
