The Canarian Housing Institute (ICAVI) is finalizing the process to tender the execution of 67 public homes in Lanzarote, which will have an investment of 9,920,978.71 euros. The project will be carried out by the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Mobility of the Government of the Canary Islands.
This promotion will be carried out on a plot located on Calle Guagaro, in the municipality of Arrecife, to respond to the Canarians registered in the Registry of Applicants for Protected Housing.
After obtaining the favorable report from the intervention, the tender will be available on the Public Sector Contracting Platform, where interested companies may submit their offers, in an open procedure, subject to harmonized regulation that, once awarded, will have an execution period of 20 months.
The action will allow the construction of seven one-bedroom homes; another seven with two bedrooms, two with two adapted bedrooms, 40 with three bedrooms, one with three adapted bedrooms, nine with four bedrooms and a supervised home.
The projected building has an envelope adapted to the limitation of the energy demand necessary to achieve thermal well-being depending on the climate of the city where it is located, the intended use and the summer and winter regime.
