The average price per square meter to acquire a home in Lanzarote reached 2,269 euros in October, which is 11% above the average cost in the same month in the whole of the Canary Islands, which amounts to 2,016 euros, according to data from the idealista.com price index.
Home sales in Lanzarote rose in October in all municipalities. The largest increase occurred in Tías, where the square meter is located at 2,817 euros, when the previous month was worth an average of 2,703 euros.
The second largest increase occurred in Haría, where the square meter reached 2,111 euros in October. The previous month it was at 2,047 euros.
Arrecife and Yaiza experienced slight increases of around 20 euros compared to the previous month to reach 1,155 and 3,343 euros respectively.
The prices per square meter in San Bartolomé and Teguise barely suffered upward changes and are currently at 2,074 and 2,291 euros each.
The idealista.com price index does not offer data on Tinajo, as there are not enough properties for sale to carry out a reliable calculation.
