Housing prices in Yaiza fall for the first time in a year

Prices also fell in San Bartolomé, while moderate increases were recorded in Arrecife, Haría, Teguise and Tías

After 12 months of uninterrupted increases in housing prices in Yaiza, last November the average price per square meter fell in the south to stand at 3,310 euros on average.

In one year, the square meter in Yaiza had gone from costing 2,800 euros on average at the end of November 2022, to being paid at 3,343 euros at the end of October this year.

Prices have also fallen slightly in November in San Bartolomé, where the square meter now costs an average of 2,056 euros, when the previous month it had marked 2,074 euros.

In the rest of the municipalities, prices have experienced slight increases in November.

In Arrecife, the square meter reached 1,580 euros on average, while in Haría it rose to 2,146 euros, with increases in both municipalities between 20 and 30 euros more than the previous month.

The increase in the square meter in the municipalities of Teguise and Tías was even smaller and did not reach double digits. In Teguise, the square meter costs an average of 2,299 euros today, while in Tías it is worth 2,819 euros.
