The Arrecife City Council has approved the call for a subsidy in a direct concession regime for the "housing rehabilitation" in this 2023, aid that can be requested until December 31st.
An amount of 120,000 euros whose main objective is to "contribute to alleviate totally or partially the expenses derived from the actions of rehabilitation and adaptation of homes", the city council has reported. Another purpose of the aid is to provide homes with "constructive safety conditions guaranteeing their stability, resistance and solidity, functional adaptations such as waterproofing works against rain and humidity, thermal insulation, general water, gas, electricity and sanitation networks".
In addition, they will be aimed at works that provide "minimum conditions of natural lighting or ventilation, hygienic services or other services" of a general nature.
Yonathan de León has stressed that his Government group "will continue in this new mandate providing financial aid to families" and a specific item is allocated for "conditioning of homes." The first mayor has remarked that with this specific call "improvement works can be undertaken".
For the head of Housing, Rosmen Quevedo, "this initiative aims to improve the quality of life of many families in need of carrying out substantial improvements in their homes, and contribute to their well-being and safety."
The Councilor for Housing reiterates his "commitment to the welfare" of the citizens of the city and is committed to working on the "implementation of programs and policies that improve their quality of life".
The regulatory bases of the call and its corresponding annexes are available to interested persons in the Notice Board of the Electronic Office of the Arrecife City Council and on the Consistory website.
Applications and their mandatory documentation will be submitted to the General Registry or Auxiliary Registries of the Arrecife City Council and at the electronic headquarters. In addition, interested persons may request an appointment by calling Monday and Wednesday at 928-812750 (extension 1141/1142) from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
