The Regulatory Council of the D.O. Vinos de Lanzarote inaugurates a new year of activities that promise to elevate the wine experience. The 2025 calendar combines consolidated proposals with new experiences that seek to surprise both local wine lovers and visitors to the island. From surprising pairings to hiking trails through vineyards. The proposed activities seek to combine tradition, innovation and experiences to collect.

The starting signal will be on February 22 with a hiking route that will culminate in Bodega Olivina, where participants will be able to merge their passion for nature with the tasting of wines selected by the winery. Spring will bring two new routes, one in April and another in June, offering attendees the opportunity to explore the unique volcanic landscape of Lanzarote and taste different wines from the island.

March stands out for its training commitment with the Wine Sensory Analysis Specialist Course, a three-week initiative in collaboration with the Enotourism Chair of the University of La Laguna, designed to deepen the technical knowledge of wine.

The program surprises this year with new proposals that include workshops on making floral arrangements with dried flowers, neon painting workshop and a brunch and wine proposal that promises to reinvent the traditional flavors of the island in perfect harmony with the wines of the Denomination of Origin.

The most acclaimed events also return, such as "Imperfect Vinomies", where the public creates their own pairings, and "ConVinados", a unique gastronomic experience. The successful "Once upon a Vine...", storytelling for adults, maintains its space on the agenda of activities.

The Regulatory Council invites all interested parties to stay informed about the dates and availability of events through their social networks @vinosdelanzarote, where the details of each activity will be announced.

"This program reflects our commitment to the wine-making excellence of Lanzarote, where each activity is a tribute to our farmers and winemakers, the true architects of the prestige of our wines," says Jorge Rodríguez, president of the Regulatory Council.
