One of the highlights of this edition of Madrid Fusión was the workshop-tasting entitled "The cuisine of ingenuity: The landscape of Lanzarote on the plate", in which Lanzarote chefs Jon Pérez (Nakai), Santi Falcón (Hotel César), Daniel Jiménez (La Tegala), Vicente Rodríguez (Hotel Seaside Los Jameos), Jonay Perdomo (Casa Carlos), Gonzalo Calzadilla (Isla de Lobos) and Adelia Ramírez (Adelia Canarias), joined their talent to show the creative potential of the island's products.
Another of the most relevant moments was the show cooking - tasting by chef Rubén Cuesta, from the Kamezí restaurant, which recently obtained Lanzarote's first Michelin Star. On the 360º Hub stage, Cuesta offered a fascinating gastronomic workshop in which he presented his tasting menu.
Lanzarote's presence at Madrid Fusión has been distributed between the Saborea Lanzarote stand and the spaces of the Gastronomic Classroom, the Wine Classroom and the Multipurpose Classroom.
