Jian Nan is the southernmost part of the Chan Jiang River, a special area of China with ancient flavors and traditions of the popular culture of the oriental country, which have inspired many generations.
That little piece of China is present in Lanzarote, specifically in the new restaurant “La GangNan”, which offers a new vision of traditional southern Chinese cuisine. Its gastronomic proposal is mainly based on the use of kilometer 0 products in combination with the traditional cuisine of the eastern regions, which have influenced the elaboration of unique recipes that can be tasted through its culinary proposal.
The kitchen is under the special hand of the co-owner and chef, Wenguan Xu, and the service in the dining room is in charge of the co-owner, Lijuan Wu. Both will attend with a magnificent staging, in a place that takes care of the minimalist detail of its traditional oriental decoration.
