The average price of 95 gasoline in Lanzarote fell again in February very moderately and stood at 1.407 euros per liter. The price of the previous month had been 1.409 euros.
It accumulates eight months of decreases, after having reached its maximum in June of last year, when it cost 1.648 euros. However, the current price is still 10% above that registered a year ago, when it was sold at 1.279 euros per liter.
The price of 98 gasoline has not experienced changes in February and continues to mark an average of 1.5 euros per liter. This interrupts the trend of seven months of declines in this fuel since it cost 1.754 euros in June. Its price is also 10.3% higher than it marked twelve months ago, when it was sold at 1.359 euros on average.
The average price of a liter of diesel did fall in February and is at 1.438 euros. The previous month it cost 1.456 euros. However, diesel is the fuel that has fallen the least compared to the prices it had a year ago and is still 19.5% more expensive than twelve months ago.
The PCAN of Tías offers both 95 gasoline and the cheapest diesel on the island. The first is sold there at 1.318 euros per liter, while the second is at 1.312 euros.
To find the best price for 98 gasoline, on the other hand, you can go either to the Texaco in Haría, or to the PCAN in Arrieta. In both establishments it is sold at 1.429 euros per liter.
