A total of 13 veteran companies from Lanzarote have participated in the Business Reconstruction Program "Companies in Motion" 2023. The program consists of a series of individual mentoring sessions to analyze the situation of the business, look for tools and implement an action plan designed between the company and the consultants specialized in the different areas of business management.
In this edition, two companies from La Graciosa have participated: Gracioserito and La Graciosa Divers. And another eleven from Lanzarote: Alma de Canarias, Natural Site, Longboard Gliders Surf School, Pura Vida Diving, the narrator Cristina Temprano, María Paz Rodríguez Arrocha, Inversiones Marjose, Martha Nydia Rojas, Comercial Fjj La Finca, Bodegas Martinón and Imprenta Minerva.
Reconstruction 'Companies in Motion' is an accompaniment by the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, financed by the General Directorate of Economic Promotion and Diversification of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Self-Employed Workers of the Government of the Canary Islands, which has the co-financing of the ERDF Canary Islands 2021-2027 operational program.
Support for consolidated companies to face uncertainties
Its purpose is to help companies that are already consolidated, with a certain trajectory, to face the new horizon of uncertainty, complexity, volatility and ambiguity of the current ecosystem in which businesses operate.
The program includes five content blocks attended by specialized consultants in: the economic-financial situation, the new business models, the sales channels and communication of the product or service, the state of marketing or expansion, through digital tools, in search of new markets.
Three levers to succeed
In the words of the program director, José Alonso Fleitas, who coordinates the team of consultants, "having a glocal mentality, being open to new business possibilities and taking into account that digital is not an option, are the three necessary levers of success."
