The obtaining of this certification is based on the recognition of three fundamental aspects of the Hotetur Lanzarote Bay Hotel: the accreditation that the hotel has defined a management system in all its departments; the fact that it is in perfect condition of cleanliness and maintenance, having modern facilities adapted to the expectations of the client; and, finally, the orientation of the hotel towards the client as the main value of the establishment, with all employees having as their main objective their satisfaction and attention.
The Hotetur Lanzarote Bay Hotel is the second certified establishment of the chain, together with the BlueBay Palace hotel in Fuerteventura, a hotel certified with ISO 9001:00 standards and the Q for quality (UNE182001). The quality certificate will be presented to the Hotetur Lanzarote Bay Hotel during FITUR 2009."
The Hotetur Chain has planned, within its strategic lines, the management of its establishments following its own quality model, with a gradual external certification of the most emblematic establishments in its tourist destinations.
