The 'Consolidate Program' begins on September 23 with the online conference "Entrepreneur 4.0." Participants, who can still register, are eligible for the Lanzarotemprende 2021 Award.
The Consolidate Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa kicks off this Thursday with an online conference that is the entry ticket to the following phases of the program. Participation in this first action also gives the possibility of winning the Lanzarotemprende 2021 Award, the only award of this category in Lanzarote.
The online conference "Entrepreneur 4.0" is free and is aimed at any entrepreneur or businessman. It seeks to convey the importance of business management as a path to the success of the business project. A management that must be developed in the digital environment, based on the new era of business. It will be on Thursday, September 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and requires prior registration. The Consolidate program
It is designed so that companies that are in their first years of development can improve and strengthen their processes, introduce changes and improve their results. The demands of the current business ecosystem require being up to date, being reactive and adapting to the new needs of customers. Change and innovation are constants with which you have to live and there are solutions that respond to technological needs and innovative processes to achieve positive results.
Four phases to strengthen your business
"Consolidate" seeks to promote projects that have a certain trajectory and are at a key moment to take a new leap. The program consists of four phases: the first is an open conference, where new trends in business management, communication and marketing are addressed. It is essential to attend this conference to participate in the program.
The second is a group workshop in which thirteen companies selected from among the attendees of the conference focus on the different themes of the program, with the aim of contributing to the creation of Companies 4.0.
The third phase consists of individual business training for each project. Entrepreneurs have the advice of consultants to strengthen the different pillars of their company: finance, taxation, corporate image, marketing strategy, communication, etc. And that they start in the intelligent management of their businesses to achieve being more competitive and innovative.
Tenth edition of the Lanzarotemprende Award
The fourth and last phase of the program focuses on recognizing the best business project in operation according to its work and the potential it has. This award is chosen from among the participants of the third phase of Consolidate and is granted by the Department of Economy, Knowledge and Employment of the Government of the Canary Islands. In this tenth edition there will be three cash prizes, the first of 1,500 euros, the second of 700 euros and the third of 400 euros.

The "Consolidate" Tutoring program is an action within the Tutoring Program for Newly Created Companies of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, which is financed by the General Directorate of Economic Promotion of the Department of Economy, Knowledge and Employment of the Government of the Canary Islands and the co-financing of the ERDF Canary Islands 2014-2020 operational program.
