Akacenter Professional Training has opened the registration period for a new edition of the Certificate of Professionalism in Attention to Students with Special Educational Needs (ACNEE), an official and free training that will be taught in person in Arrecife.
The course is subsidized by the Canarian Employment Service and the SEPE and is primarily aimed at unemployed people interested in training in the field of educational support and the care of students with special educational needs within schools.
This training prepares participants to collaborate with the educational team in the accompaniment of students during their school day, supporting their participation in the classroom, during breaks, and in the different activities of the center. The objective is to facilitate the autonomy, inclusion, and well-being of students who require specific attention in their day-to-day within the educational environment.
The training program addresses content related to accompaniment in movements within the center, support in educational programs, the acquisition of personal autonomy habits, attention in spaces such as the school cafeteria or recess, and the use of alternative communication systems that facilitate student interaction.
From Akacenter Vocational Training they explain that this official qualification responds to the growing impulse of inclusive education in educational centers and to the need to have trained professionals who can support the teaching staff and the students in the development of a school increasingly adapted to diversity.
The training will take place in person at the Akacenter center in Arrecife and will have limited places. The organization indicates that the start is immediate. Interested individuals can request information directly from the training center by calling 928 52 46 13 to participate in this new call funded with public funds and aimed at improving professional qualification in the educational field.
