Lanzarote's gastronomy once again stood out at Madrid Fusión 2026 thanks to Saborea Lanzarote.
Chefs, producers, and wineries were present at this new edition of what is considered the best gastronomic fair in the world, betting on the island's product.
In this edition, the Lanzarote delegation offered various workshops and gave presentations at the main Lanzarote stand, as well as at the central Saborea España stand and on the 360 stage at Madrid Fusión. Over the three days, Saborea Lanzarote presented an intense agenda at its stand in Pavilion 14, featuring tastings, pastry making, local products, and a space dedicated to "Liquid Territory."
The cooking teachers and students from CIFP Zonzamas also visited the Lanzarote stand during their educational tour.
One of this year's new features has been the breakfast courtesy of Churros Pinocho Gourmet, with La Molina gofio churros filled with smoked Faro goat cheese, white chocolate, and lime.
