Brooklyn Fitboxing arrives in Lanzarote with the opening of a center on Blas Cabrera Felipe street, 4 (entrance through José Betancort 2) in Arrecife, offering a new way of training that is based on the combination of boxing and various martial arts, always without contact, with high intensity functional training exercises. HIIT (high intensity) workouts are the ones that offer the best results in less time.

The class is performed to the rhythm of music, specially composed for Brooklyn Fitboxing

A trainer (coach) leads the class at all times, which reaches a maximum of twenty participants. The bags are equipped with sensors that record the training information of each Fitboxer, a unique method patented by Brooklyn Fitboxing. Each user can see their evolution in the app where it appears how hard they have hit the bag and if they have followed the rhythm of the music. In the 47 minutes that each session lasts, attendees train the entire body thanks to boxing work and functional exercises (squats, push-ups, abs, burpees, etc.)

Brooklyn Fitboxing bases its philosophy on fun, without it the motivation to go to the gym disappears. Currently Brooklyn FItboxing has more than 200 centers open in seven countries and several opening projects underway.
