Churros Pinocho Gourmet is celebrating its first year in Lanzarote.
In homage to his circus grandfather Ángel Chavaud, artistically known as "Pinocho", and with a centennial family recipe from the 5th generation of churro makers, Carlos Chavaud celebrates one year with his first churrería on the island, where he wants to make a difference by using top quality products based on water, Janubio salt, flour and 100 years of love.
Present at the Teguise market every Sunday, the churrería is also usually located at prominent events.
In fact, and for the second year, Churros Pinocho Gourmet will sweeten New Year's Eve at the Arrecife Fairgrounds, from 4 in the morning until 1 pm on New Year's Day, in the Parking of the Aura Disco.
