Canal Gestión Lanzarote reactivates face-to-face service with prior appointment from June 2

The only office that will be operational for the moment will be the one located in the Díaz Rijo Desalination Plant, in Punta de Los Vientos, with the necessary prevention measures.

The public company Canal Gestión Lanzarote informs its clients and the general population of Lanzarote and La Graciosa that, after the announcement of the entry of the Canary Islands into phase 2 of the de-escalation program by the Government, this entity is prepared to reactivate part of its face-to-face activity.

In this way, starting on June 2, the main office, located in the Díaz Rijo Desalination Plant, in Punta de Los Vientos, will open its doors during normal hours, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The prevention and security measures established mean that for personalized attention at the table it will be necessary to arrange an APPOINTMENT that can be requested from now on through:

  •   Customer Service Telephone: 928 814 400

However, it is necessary to highlight that the payment service at ATMs will be freely accessible, and it will not be necessary to arrange an appointment.

Regarding table service, for the moment, and in order to comply with the recommendations and maintain social distancing, only three service tables will be operational, so only three customers can be served at the same time. The waiting room will be closed and only available for people with reduced mobility, the elderly and pregnant women. The rest must wait their turn in the areas enabled for this purpose and which will be differentiated between Table Service and ATM Payments.

The company emphasizes that the use of a mask will be necessary as a general rule, and especially inside the Desalination Plant, both by Canal Gestión Lanzarote staff and subscribers. Disinfectant gel will be available to everyone at the entrance and exit of the office.
