With the purpose of offering the best level of service due to the large volume of queries and the users' own suggestions, Cajasiete extends the opening hours of the different digital channels that it makes available to users.

The immediate attention, which was already carried out on social networks, is extended to email channels, the Outstanding Income mobile application, Cajasiete website query sections and the internal messaging service in the web version of electronic banking (Ruralvía), which offers an authenticated and secure channel for users to communicate with the entity.

In the same line of collecting customer requests, number 717 000 040 has been enabled as support via WhatsApp to address suggestions and any type of user query.
