A man was injured after falling from a second floor and landing inside a fish tank at the H10- Rubicón Palace hotel in Playa Blanca, according to the Consortium.
The incident took place around 11:30 p.m. this Saturday, April 18, when CECOES was alerted. To the luga, agents of the Policía Local, Guardia Civil, two ambulances of the Servicio de Urgencias Canario and the firefighters were dispatched.
When the firefighters arrived, they verified that the affected person was being attended to by the doctor inside the fish tank which contained approximately 40 centimeters of water. The paramedics had already placed a cervical collar on him. In collaboration with them, the firefighters placed a rescue board, extracting him from the fish tank and securing him with straps. Subsequently, he is transferred from floor -2 to street level, where the ambulance was located.
Finally was evacuated by ambulance to the Molina Orosa hospital.
