During all this time, in which our way of relating, working and in which we began a period of alarm never seen before has changed, within Biolab Company we have not stopped working hard to innovate and put all our 19 years of experience at the service of the new needs of our customers.
Since March 23, we have been working on the design of a program that provides comprehensive tools, grouping measures and procedures regarding prevention, hygiene and safety against Covid-19 and that helps the restaurant sector to comply with current health legislation.
Our Safe Establishments Program is committed to advising, accompanying and helping to implement action protocols that have been announced by the Ministry of Health, ICTE, WHO? and also, as an added value, our program has a staff training module and another of analytical controls to verify the internal quality system of each establishment, focusing this work towards excellence.
How is the Safe Establishments Program structured?
It consists of four modules:
- Training / Training - Management & Staff as a strategy to train staff against the new work philosophy post-Covid-19
- Implementation of the POSI Guide
- Health Audit, aimed at verifying and implementing preventive and corrective measures in relation to safety and hygiene
- Analytical Controls to verify cleaning and disinfection plans
And if the result of the implementation of the program modules has been satisfactory, the establishment will be awarded a Safe Establishments diploma, which will be available to the competent health authority, clients, workers, tour operators and travel agents, with a validity of one year.
