Next June 23, until September 5, the traditional Summer Camp will begin at the Santa Rosa Leisure Center in Costa Teguise. The camp is suitable for children between 4 and 12 years old and will take place from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 in the morning until 16:00 hours. They will have a dining service, for breakfast and lunch, with menus supervised by a nutritionist. This is an optional service for those who wish.
The children will be grouped by age and level to participate in the different activities.
During the camp they will enjoy the heated pools, play soccer, basketball, paddle tennis, mini golf and participate in races. They will also take part in traditional games such as sack races and the pita game. Once a month the little ones will do a theatrical performance and one hour a week will be dedicated to teaching English.
Throughout the duration of the camp, the Santa Rosa Leisure Center will offer Thematic Weeks dedicated to botany, the world of the circus, pirates, recycling, professions and also one day a week the children will go to the beach of Costa Teguise, together with their monitors. Parallel to these activities, and separately, the Sports Center offers intensive swimming courses for children lasting one hour, for 15 days.
