The Canary Islands has added 86 new cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. The total number of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 96,792 with 850 active, of which 18 are admitted to the ICU and 77 remain hospitalized.
In the last hours, no deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded in the Canary Islands.
The Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 26.61 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 43.84 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 47 cases with a total of 391 cases that are epidemiologically active; Gran Canaria has 30 more than the previous day and 342 active cases. Lanzarote adds eight new cases and has 48 that are epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has three new cases and 63 active cases. La Palma subtracts two cases due to statistical adjustment and has two active cases; El Hierro does not register new positives, so it has one active case. For its part, La Gomera does not add new cases either, so its active cases are three.
As of this Tuesday, a total of 2,234,590 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 5,291 correspond to Monday.
