This Wednesday, the Canary Islands have added 334 new cases of coronavirus. The total of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 101,524, with 2,708 active, of which 27 are admitted to the ICU and 190 remain hospitalized. In the last hours a death has been registered, specifically in Lanzarote, as La Voz had already reported.
The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 81.44 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 143.52 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 127 cases with a total of 1,168 cases that are epidemiologically active; Gran Canaria has 140 more than the previous day and 1,109 active. Lanzarote adds 17 new cases with 151 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has 40 new cases and 231 active. La Palma adds nine new positives, so it has 35 active. El Hierro does not add new positives, so it has one active. La Gomera adds a new case, so its assets are 13.
Until this Wednesday, a total of 2,365,137 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 7,339 correspond to Tuesday.
