The Canary Islands added 103 new cases of coronavirus this Tuesday. The total of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 97,346 with 1,160 active, of which 14 are admitted to the ICU and 64 remain hospitalized. In the last hours there have been no deaths in the Archipelago linked to the disease.
The Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 25.05 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 52.12 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 44 cases with a total of 527 epidemiologically active cases; Gran Canaria has 38 more than the previous day and 457 active. Lanzarote adds nine new cases with 56 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has four new cases, and 83 active. La Palma adds seven new positives, so it has 25 active, while El Hierro, without new cases, remains with two active. La Gomera, which reports a new positive, has 10 active cases.
As of this Tuesday, a total of 2,257,761 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 2,703 correspond to Monday.
