Binter and Canaryfly have had to suspend their flights to La Palma again, at least during this Thursday. Binter has reported that the recent evolution of the ash cloud, coming from the volcanic eruption, together with the latest weather forecasts regarding the behavior of the winds at altitude, "has forced" to make this decision.

In this regard, the airline explains that the situation of ash in suspension has "worsened considerably" and is expected to continue like this at least on Thursday, "not allowing the operation to be carried out with the necessary safety requirements."

The company states that it remains "at all times attentive to the meteorological evolution", so that it will "try to recover the activity as soon as possible and whenever the conditions allow to resume flights guaranteeing their safety".

Binter informs that, for the moment, "the rest of the flight schedule in the Archipelago continues to run normally."
