Residents of Puerto del Carmen have demanded to know if the City Council is going to remove the parking spaces on the avenue, near the Hotel San Antonio. Alfredo Mantidato has contacted La Voz to ask the City Council to place an informative sign explaining whether or not the parking areas will be preserved, "so necessary to enjoy the beach", which is full on weekends.
"We want to know if so much sidewalk is really necessary" in this area, Alfredo said. In addition, he has asked the City Council to fix the beach in front of the Hotel San Antonio, which "barely has a trash can and lacks sand."
