A reader of "La Voz" denounces "the catastrophic state" in which the Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise and its surroundings are located.
According to the resident of the municipality, "a long list could be written", in which many things "should be improved", including the beach showers since "they do not work" and remodel the "outdated and dirty" toilets.
In addition, she criticizes that the end of the Hurón ravine has "stagnant water, is full of garbage and dead fish", which provides "a good breeding ground for mosquitoes and other vermin", she comments. Something similar happens in the container enclosure "when it rains" that "the water remains pooled" and consequently, causes "bad odors" and an appearance of "unacceptable insalubrity", she claims.
The "broken steps" of the stairs that "lead to the Hiperdino Exprés" are also "a danger to pedestrians", the neighbor denounces. She also complains that in "the public parking" more and more "people live in caravans", something that "is prohibited", she alleges.
