A resident of Máguez has contacted La Voz to report that there are "three broken pipes" in the town "for days."
According to him, two of them are located on Las Casillas street and another in the El Tablón area. The latter, he points out, has been pouring water for more than 10 days. "I have been passing by there for two Fridays and I see the water coming out to the ground," says this man.
In this regard, this neighbor states that last Friday he called Canal Gestión and was attended by a woman, but she only made him "waste time."
"She told me that she was going to transfer me to the office or I don't know what, but I told her that I couldn't wait because I was driving, that she should take note and give the message," says this neighbor, who nevertheless states that in the end he stopped and waited a few minutes but, seeing that they did not answer, he ended up hanging up.
Now, after verifying that the pipes are still broken, he has decided to turn to La Voz. "Because I can't be wasting time for them to attend to me, when they are the ones who have to watch over the network and attend to the client," concludes this man.
