A resident of Tinajo suffered the theft of his vehicle in the early hours of last Saturday. This is denounced by a reader in the section "You also make La Voz", who relates that the car remained parked inside the garage of his private home with the keys in it.
It is a purple Toyota Hilux with license plate 7458 BRN. The owner of the vehicle was greatly startled when he went for his van in the morning and saw that it had disappeared.
Immediately, according to the letter from this reader, he filed a complaint with the Local Police of Tinajo. "Supposedly, when the complaint is filed in said department, the information reaches all the police and civil guards on the island. However, I asked some agents in Puerto del Carmen and they told me that since there were so many complaints, they probably did not have the theft registered in the computer", this woman complains.
Therefore, she resorts to La Voz de Lanzarote to ask for help and to criticize that "in such a small island the earth can swallow a van and nobody does anything to solve it".
