UD Lanzarote had few options to fight for the top three places in the standings and access the promotion play-off to the Second Division RFEF, options that involved getting the victory on Sunday morning at the Municipal Clementina de Bello. The Rojillos lost 3-1 against CD Buzanada, a match in which the Tenerife team proved to have more punch.
CD Buzanada took an early lead, with Arturo piercing the goal defended by Alejandro in the 11th minute of the first half. From that moment on, UD Lanzarote took control of the game, with phases of the first half in which they locked the opponent in their field, although without obtaining the reward of a draw.
