Balonmano Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife, following the important victory achieved last weekend against Bueu Atlético Balonmano, experiences another week of changes in its technical structure. On Wednesday night, Jesús Rodríguez resigned as coach of the San José Obrero men's team, and the coach will no longer lead the team competing in the Primera Nacional Masculina.

Jesús Rodríguez made the decision not to continue as head coach of Balonmano Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife, resigning from a position he had taken on with great enthusiasm and responsibility last week. After several days working with the team, he led his first official match in the national category on Saturday, achieving victory against the Galician team.

Given the situation that has occurred in recent weeks, the club understands that at this time it must be the sports management of San José Obrero that takes the reins and temporarily manages the men's team until the end of the current season, not seeking a new coach. A project that is being worked on not only with an eye on the short term, but also on the medium and long term, with the sights set on the club's sporting future.Amidst this situation, Balonmano Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife will play at home again this weekend, hosting Balonmano Ribeiro Rodosa Ourense Provincia Termal on Saturday. The match is scheduled for 7:30 PM at the Titerroy Municipal Pavilion, and the team needs the support of the fans to remain in the upper part of the standings.
