According to the RAE, cynics are those who act with blatant falsehood or shamelessness. And in the face of so much shamelessness from the PSOE and the PP, here is this article to compensate, based on truths.
Recently, the Justice has ruled that the PP is corrupt, and without a doubt it is, just as someone who has killed someone even without having had such intention is a culpable homicide. That is, trying to make the "participant for lucrative purposes" eliminate the condition of corrupt is, simply, blatant shamelessness.
But the judicial stick that the Populars have taken is just the appetizer for what is to come. By the way, this judicial stick has ended the XII Legislature and with important economic expectations of the Spanish people. Such are the sentences that are going to fall on the party presided over by Rajoy, coming from corruption, that the apparent offense with which its short leaders and some affiliates react, before the Gürtel sentence, is going to be really grotesque before the new imminent scenarios.
In addition, it rains on wet ground because to the tsunami of pepera corruption is added the fact that the party of the blue tern has completely turned its back on its political ideology, so that of the eleven million voters who voted for it in 2011, not even its supposed 800,000 affiliates are going to vote for it again, since the logical disaffiliation in process is dividing that figure at a geometric rate.
The PSOE has it much worse. Because having ruined Spain the two times it has governed in the current democratic stage, having practiced state terrorism between 1983 and 1987 and being a paradigm of corruption, multiplying at least ten times the repugnant of the PP, its Secretary General comes in June 2018 to "regenerate" Spanish society. The shabby socialist homeland saver hides not only the barbarities done by the PSOE in the current democracy and already reviewed in this same paragraph, but also those that occurred in the first half of the 20th century: total support for the coup d'état and the dictatorship of 1923, opposition to female suffrage, burning of convents, coup d'état against the Second Republic and theft of the gold reserves of the Bank of Spain. Any of the enumerated episodes of the sad history of the PSOE would be in itself sufficient reason for that party to have ceased to exist from that very moment.
You don't have to be especially astute to describe what has been described so far. Now then, and returning to the beginning: you have to have a tremendous nerve and desire to occupy public seats, at the cost of the most infinitesimal level of dignity, to be from the PP or the PSOE and ignore the corruption that has affected you and look at your voters as if you did not have in your past the filth that makes up your pathetic present.
I conclude by stating that I hope and wish that both the tern party and the cocoon party disappear, as UCD disappeared in 1983 victim of its own ideological weakness, since as happened to Dorian Gray, pacts with the devil cannot be eternal and in the end, the ugliness for the disastrous acts committed always ends up appearing.
