Tías residents will be able to direct debit their tax receipts until March 31. The Department of Economy and Finance of the Tías City Council has informed residents that this date concludes the term to request the direct debit of municipal tax receipts.
The Consistory has reminded that the direct debit implies the charge to the account indicated by the taxpayer, of the amount of the receipts issued annually, which, in this case, are the solid urban waste collection fee, the Real Estate Tax (IBI), the Tax on vehicles of mechanical traction, as well as the fees for fords, accesses or permanent parking reservations and ATMs.
They have also indicated that those residents who direct debit the IBI receipt will benefit from a 5% bonus, compatible with the application of other reductions on the same properties.
Means to request the direct debit
Taxpayers may request the direct debit at the City Council registry, or through the Collection offices or from the electronic headquarters of the website of the Tías Consistory.
The Tías City Council has established two voluntary payment periods for municipal taxes. From June 1 to November 6 of this year, the IBI, the garbage tax, the vehicle tax, etc. are paid, and from September 1 to November 6 the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).
The Consistory has reminded that for any query, you can also access the fiscal calendar published on the City Council's website.
