Marina Lanzarote takes another step in its commitment to offering experiences that connect with residents and visitors, consolidating itself as one of the reference spaces for leisure, culture, and sport on the island. Over the next few months, the marina will roll out a complete program of activities that will bring its facilities to life and reinforce its role as a meeting place to enjoy unique moments by the sea.
The season kicks off with one of the year's major novelties: the first edition of Cine de Verano Marina Lanzarote, a proposal designed to enjoy summer nights with family and friends. The inaugural event will be on June 10th with the screening of the film Wicked, marking the beginning of a series that will continue month after month and is born with the aim of becoming one of the different activities for the summer.
Music will once again sound strongly thanks to Marina Suena – Notas al Viento, a proposal that bets on the closeness and emotion of reduced-format concerts. On this occasion, the spotlight will be on Dúo Bravo, who will offer an elegant piano and voice performance in an evening designed to enjoy music in an exclusive and cozy atmosphere.
Sport will also occupy a prominent place on Marina Lanzarote's agenda. From July 10th to 11th, the marina will once again be the venue for the consolidated Summer Challenge, an event that brings together athletes and fans each year for one of the most anticipated competitions of the summer.
In addition, cycling enthusiasts will have the opportunity to participate in a social ride organized with Q36.5 and Tribike, an experience that combines sport, community, and passion for cycling.
The activity will continue in August with the celebration of the prestigious Trofeo César Manrique de Cruceros, one of the major nautical events in the Canary Islands, which will once again fill the bay of Arrecife with spectacle and emotion.
September will arrive accompanied by one of the most important cultural events in the archipelago: Arrecife en Vivo. Marina Lanzarote will once again be part of the festival's official route as one of its venues, bringing the best live music to thousands of attendees. As a novelty, on September 5th, it will also host Arrecife en Vivo Channel, a special day dedicated to local talent that will bring together several bands from Lanzarote in a festive and close atmosphere.
All this programming adds to the success of the activities held in recent months, such as Mother's Day or the Marina Suena – Canary Islands Day special, initiatives that were very well received and have strengthened Marina Lanzarote's connection with the local community.
With this new agenda, Marina Lanzarote reaffirms its commitment to offering much more than a marina: a vibrant space to enjoy culture, sports, gastronomy, and leisure in one of the island's most privileged locations.
