The Tías Town Hall informs that the procedure to accredit the identity necessary to obtain the digital certificate for individuals will be carried out, starting on August 26, through the appointment service.

The Councilor for Human Resources, Tomás Silvera, states that the establishment of the appointment service for this procedure is due to "organizational needs" of the General Registry area of the council.
"With this system, we seek to improve citizen service by facilitating more personalized and efficient work, especially considering the high demand for this service that we are registering with the progressive digitization of administrations," says Silvera.
The Tías Town Hall has had its corresponding certification from the National Mint and Stamp Factory as an Identity Accreditation Office to process digital certificates for individuals since the end of 2020.
This means that all those people who have started the process to obtain their digital certificate through CERES (Spanish Certification) can continue with the process by collecting the necessary key in the main building of the Town Hall after making an appointment.
