The rapper Bejo has finally dropped off the list and will not perform in Arrecife in the events scheduled for Canary Islands Day, as La Voz has learned. The reason is the lack of agreement between the artist and the Arrecife City Council itself, as this outlet has learned.
Bejo is one of the most recognized names in the Canarian and national music scene, within the events planned for the regional celebration, as was recorded on the contracting platform.
The programming designed for Canary Islands Day in the capital will include various activities linked to traditional sports and games of the Archipelago.
Among them are an exhibition and demonstration of Canarian wrestling by federated wrestlers from Lanzarote, an exhibition game of Canarian ball with players from federated clubs on the island, parrandas, and an exhibition with a participatory workshop of the Canarian stick game led by masters specialized in this traditional discipline.
