The PSOE of Arrecife affirms that "the April Fair that was held last weekend in Arrecife has been adding expenses until reaching the chilling figure of 547,154.62 euros, in an Andalusia fair that the capital of the island pays for." "Yonathan de León has no limit when he mixes revelry and public money," they add from the party.
"To the already scandalous 470 thousand euros accounted for, we must add: the cost of the horses; a performance by the so-called Grupo Raya; and an extra audiovisual production, adding 74,436.40 euros," they point out. “Yonathan de León blew 550 thousand euros of public money in a day and a half of the fair, without batting an eye,” criticizes Cristina Duque.
"24 hours of shows, 550 thousand euros"
The socialists state that "if we take into account that the fair started on April 5 at 6:00 p.m. and lasted until 3 a.m., and then on April 6 from 12 noon to approximately 3 a.m. We have to say that Yonathan's Andalusian fair lasted 24 hours of shows, costing a total of 547,154.62. Which gives an average of 22,800 euros of expenses per hour."
Finally, Cristina Duque states that “in Arrecife there are two types of citizens, normal residents and the people of the PP who have a great time squandering public money.” From the PSOE, the question we ask ourselves is: Who will put a limit on the waste in revelry that we are in? "
