Luis Miguel Pérez was elected local secretary of the nationalists in the municipality of Tinajo, thus replacing Jesús Machín in office. Pérez. According to the Committee, he "enters accompanied by a renewed list in which youth and experience alternate." The local assembly, which was held on Thursday afternoon at the Los Dolores restaurant, was attended by organic leaders and public officials from all the municipalities and institutions of the Island, as well as the presence of the general secretary, Migdalia Machín, and the secretary of the youth, Sara Bermúdez.

The result was unanimously proclaimed by which the members of the municipality of Tinajo endorsed both the management report of the outgoing Committee, headed by Jesús Machín, and the candidacy presented by the Councilor for Roads and Works of the Tinajo City Council and brand new local secretary of the nationalists in the municipality. "I am leaving with some sadness but happy to leave a renewed team in front, I will continue working hand in hand with them from the institution," recalled the mayor and outgoing local secretary, Jesús Machín.

Luis Miguel Pérez will be accompanied in this new stage by Jesús A. Machín, as Secretary of Organization, Yurena Tejera, as Deputy Secretary of Organization, and Antonio Félix Fernández, Gustavo Morales and Aythami Arrocha, in the local Deputy Secretariats. The team is completed with the presence of Pedro Tavio, Tomás Aguiar, Jose Domingo Betancort, Marcial and Mónica Pérez, Sarabel Olivero, Nuria Rodríguez, Cristina Niz, Joel Arbelo, Maria Teresa Tavio, Jonathan Rodríguez, Jhonatan Pérez, Luisa García, Leticia Olivero, Carmelo Olivero, Vanesa Solano and Nicolás Rodríguez as members.

After the words of congratulations, the general secretary and island secretary of the youth encouraged the new team to "continue with the work carried out by a benchmark municipality in the ways of doing things of the Canarian Coalition." Later, the recently elected local secretary took the floor, who also wanted to value the work carried out by his colleagues in previous terms and outlined in broad strokes his "work guide for the local committee of Tinajo" warning his colleagues that "Canarian Coalition will be in every town, in every neighborhood and in every Teleclub listening to the neighbors and around a round table in which we all build the decisions."
