Luis Miguel Pérez was elected local secretary of the nationalists in the municipality of Tinajo, thus replacing Jesús Machín in office. Pérez. The result was unanimously proclaimed by which the members of the municipality of Tinajo endorsed both the management report of the outgoing Committee, headed by Jesús Machín, and the candidacy presented by the Councilor for Roads and Works of the Tinajo City Council and brand new local secretary of the nationalists in the municipality. "I am leaving with some sadness but happy to leave a renewed team in front, I will continue working hand in hand with them from the institution," recalled the mayor and outgoing local secretary, Jesús Machín.
Luis Miguel Pérez will be accompanied in this new stage by Jesús A. Machín, as Secretary of Organization, Yurena Tejera, as Deputy Secretary of Organization, and Antonio Félix Fernández, Gustavo Morales and Aythami Arrocha, in the local Deputy Secretariats. The team is completed with the presence of Pedro Tavio, Tomás Aguiar, Jose Domingo Betancort, Marcial and Mónica Pérez, Sarabel Olivero, Nuria Rodríguez, Cristina Niz, Joel Arbelo, Maria Teresa Tavio, Jonathan Rodríguez, Jhonatan Pérez, Luisa García, Leticia Olivero, Carmelo Olivero, Vanesa Solano and Nicolás Rodríguez as members.
After the words of congratulations, the general secretary and island secretary of the youth encouraged the new team to "continue with the work carried out by a benchmark municipality in the ways of doing things of the Canarian Coalition."
