The historical leader of the PIL, Dimas Martín, has testified as a witness this Tuesday before the Court of First Instance Number 2 of Arrecife in the case of the massive granting of urban planning licenses in Playa Blanca. Martín arrived at the Courts located in Vía Medular at approximately 9:20 in the morning.

Upon entering them, he did not want to make any comments to the media that were awaiting his arrival. Although he accessed the Courts at 9:20 a.m., it was not until after 10:00 a.m. when he began to testify before Judge Ana Manella González and prosecutor Ignacio Stampa, and he would have been testifying for more than two hours.

Thus, at 12:30 p.m., Dimas Martín left the Courts, without wanting to make statements to the media. The only thing he said upon leaving the Palace of Justice was: "Everything is fine."

The Court that is investigating the "Reyes" case is trying to look for clues in the "Unión" case and, fundamentally, in the conversations that arose as a result of the telephone tapping that was carried out within the framework of this last case.

Thus, the protagonists of some of those conversations, among whom is Dimas Martín, have been summoned this time as witnesses, so that they can explain what they may know about the alleged plot of the Playa Blanca licenses.
