The event took place in the Playa Honda Civic Center and included speeches by the Deputy Secretary General of the PSOE Canarias, Nira Fierro, and the Island General Secretary, Dolores Corujo. Also present was the Municipal Government Group, headed by the mayor, Isidro Pérez.
The new Local Executive is made up of Victoriano Antonio Rocío as head of the Deputy Secretariat and the Secretariat of Local Policy and Communication; Marlene Romero Machín as secretary of Organization and Administration; Miguel Merino Bermejo as secretary of Electoral Action; Aridane Margarita Guerra Luzardo as secretary of Social Welfare, Diversity and Equality; Leandro Abad Santana in charge of Training; Estefanía Luzardo Pérez as secretary of Education and Youth; Alexis Jesús Hernández Melián as secretary of Primary Sector, Ecological Transition and Sports and, finally, Giulia Fiorentina Semeria as secretary of Citizen Participation and Culture.
On the other hand, the Local Group of the PSOE of San Bartolomé will be represented in the Island Committee by Elsa María Caraballo Elvira and Marcial Hernández Acosta.
Raúl de León thanks his colleagues for their support and involvement in this internal democratic process and encourages them to continue working to make San Bartolomé an increasingly social, sustainable, egalitarian and diverse municipality. He also values the capacity and human quality of the "enormous team" that begins this new mandate with him.
