The Security and Emergency Consortium of the Cabildo of Lanzarote has initiated the contracting of the workshop, repair and spare parts service for the fleet of vehicles with which they intervene in the event of an accident. With a total budget of 77,169.70 euros, the tender will allow the service to be contracted for a period of two years with the option to extend it for another two years.

Interested parties will have the possibility to submit their offers until November 7, following the publication of the start of the tender in the contracting profile of the entity on October 20.

The purpose of the contract is to have a vehicle workshop service to carry out the maintenance and conservation of the fleet of automobiles, including preventive maintenance and technical assistance, corrective maintenance, comprehensive cleaning, local polishing and sheet metal, repair of the metal layer, bath painting, ITV management and repair and installation of the vehicle's electrical circuit.

Marcos Bergaz, president of the Consortium, pointed out that "the entity continues to normalize the contracting of the main services and supplies, the workshop being essential, as we are talking about guaranteeing that the vehicles with which our firefighters act in the event of any accident are in perfect condition."

"From the Consortium, we encourage all interested companies to submit their offers, which we transfer to public opinion for their knowledge and to facilitate this information of interest," concludes the councilor and president of the entity.
