The San Bartolomé City Council, through the Department of Culture and Festivities, proposes a novel Carnival Workshop. Under the direction of Oswaldo Machín, the workshop will create the fantasy that the candidate will wear, and who will participate in the Election Gala of the Queen of the Arrecife Carnival on February 17.
The fantasy, which will represent the Municipality, will be created in the Oswaldo Machín Workshop, who directs this project. Those interested in participating must register at the Department of Festivities of the San Bartolomé City Council, located in Casa Ajei, (access through C/. La Cueva, in front of the Regulatory Council of Denomination of Origin) from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
