And the most provocative night arrived. The Carnival put on its platforms to go up on the stage of the Arrecife Fairgrounds and seduce all attendees in a gala of glamor and daring directed by drag Kimba ? Ébola, who also hosted last year's event. This time, Sikótica with the spectacular fantasy Xiomera Pontekieta and Tócame la Tecla, won the title of Drag Queen 2007.

Eleven were the Drag Queens who, with the ease and unruly gesture that characterizes them, participated on Sunday night in the Drag Queen Gala. In addition to the winner, Mandrágora with her fantasy Creature of the Night and Evolution Drag with Kanerólico also convinced the jury with their most glamorous swaying and the most daring outfits and were awarded as first and second finalist, respectively. The mayor of Arrecife, María Isabel Déniz and the councilor of Festivities, Encarna Páez, went on stage to present the awards and put on the bands that made them protagonists of the night.

King África was in charge of putting the soundtrack of the Gala and got the audience to rise from their seats with his mythical song of endless ending, "Bailar". The gala took the Carnivals to the heights of impudence and sophistication.
