The dance was held in the ventorrillos area of the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Park with the involvement of the neighborhood, which actively participated "with great design", with different prizes being awarded during the course of the night. The Mayor and councilors also wore hats for the occasion "with a Manrique allegory" in a dance that was enlivened by the Los Jarvac Orchestra.
