Lanzarote has added another 97 positive cases of Covid-19 this Friday, thus chaining four consecutive days with worrying figures of infections. In addition, this rebound has once again triggered active cases, which now exceed 500. Specifically, the Ministry of Health places them this Friday at 514, after 28 discharges have also been reported.
As for diagnostic tests, a total of 490 were carried out in Lanzarote this Thursday, almost a hundred less than on Wednesday, when 594 were carried out.
The accumulated incidence on the Island has risen again, and is currently at 241.21 cases per 100,000 inhabitants at 7 days, while at 14 days it is at 393.42.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 19,705 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus on the island, of which 19,123 have already overcome the disease and 69 have died.
