Lanzarote adds another 10 positive cases of Covid and active cases continue to rise

The accumulated incidence has risen again by almost four points, both at 7 and 14 days

Lanzarote has registered 10 new positive cases of Covid in the last day, in which 7 discharges have been reported. Thus, the active cases have increased to 89, three more than the previous day.

The accumulated incidence has also risen again, which stands this Friday at 38.8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days, with four more points than the previous day. At 14 days, the increase has also been almost four points, and is at 52.6 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

In total, 338 tests were carried out in Lanzarote by the Canary Islands Health Service on the eve.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7,028 cases of coronavirus have already been diagnosed on the island, of which 6,888 have already overcome the disease and 52 have died.
